Discovery Depot LLC d/b/a Healthy Vision Hub is an online store for non-prescription glasses and eye-comfort accessories. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use this site or place an order.
2. What we collect
Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and what you ordered.
Payment details: card details you enter at checkout are used only to take payment and are processed by Stripe.
Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email, and your email address if you join our newsletter.
On your device: the site stores your cart, promo code and latest order in your browser (local and session storage) so the shop works as you move between pages. This stays on your device and is cleared when you remove it or clear your browser data.
3. How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, take payment, handle returns, answer your questions, send order updates, and, only if you opted in, send you offers and eye-care tips. We also use it to prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We share your data only with Stripe (payments). We do not sell your personal information. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if the law requires.

Order records are kept 7 years for tax. Other data is deleted within 30 days of a request to [email protected]. We keep marketing details until you unsubscribe.
