1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with Healthy Vision Hub (“we”, “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our products
We sell non-prescription, zero-power glasses and eye-comfort accessories. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Blue-light glasses do not replace an eye exam. Healthy Vision Hub glasses are non-prescription, zero-power comfort eyewear. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have questions about your eyes or vision, please talk to an optometrist or another eye-care professional. Prices are in USD.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or limited stock, and will refund anything you have paid for it.
The promo code is single-use per order, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Payment and billing
Payment is taken in full, once, when you place your order, and is processed by Stripe. Every order is a one-time charge: we do not offer subscriptions and never set up recurring payments. You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you enter.
5. Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping: $4.95, free on orders of $59.99+; delivery usually 2–4 business days after shipping. Express: $9.95, usually 1–2 business days after shipping. US addresses only; tracking emailed at dispatch.

6. Returns and refunds
30-day comfort guarantee: try your glasses for up to 30 days from delivery — worn or unworn. If you are not happy, email [email protected] or call 844-883-8574 for a return number, then mail the item to the return address we email you with your return number. Return postage: paid by the customer. Refunds go to your original card within 5 business days after we receive the return.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See also our returns page.
7. Not medical advice
Blue-light glasses do not replace an eye exam. Our products and content support everyday comfort only and are not a substitute for professional advice. If you have ongoing discomfort or changes in your vision, see an eye-care professional.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its text, images and logo belong to Discovery Depot LLC d/b/a Healthy Vision Hub or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
